Mforce Warranty

• Any MFORCE product which is sold official by distributors or dealers.
• Any MFORCE product which is used in normal operation and only with genuine parts.
• Any MFORCE product which is valid in the warranty period with the confirmed inspection from MFORCE technical staff.
• MFORCE product meets the above-mentioned requirement will be serviced according this warranty policy. The cost for parts replacement will be covered by MFORCE.

1. - Unlimited mileage manufacturer's warranty (for the engine) for a period of two years from the date of purchase of your motorcycle (starting July 2023) for all Mforce motorcycle models 250cc and above.
2. - 20,000km or 2 years whichever comes first for all Mforce motorcycle models below than 250cc.
3. - Sport Rider 125i extend warranty 1 Years or 10,000km (30,000km or 3 Years) only for engine.
4. - Warranty for battery will be 3000km or 3 months whichever comes first only for registered first owner.

MFORCE is not responsible for offering warranty services for following conditions.

• Any damage which results from neglect of the periodic maintenance specified by MFORCE in OWNER'S MANUAL.
• Any damage which results from repair, adjustment or maintenance operations by any method other than the method specified by MFORCE in OWNER'S MANUAL and SHOP/SERVICE MANUAL.
• Any damage resulting from repair, adjustment or maintenance operations is not performed by an authorized MFORCE Dealer.
• Any damage resulting from the product's operation at any place where no vehicle is driven ordinarily.
• Any damage which results from misuse or use beyond the limitation or the intended purpose specified by MFORCE or any damage due to the use under abnormal conditions.
• Any damage which results from the use of parts or accessories not approved by MFORCE or non-genuine parts or different quality levels of fuel, lubricant or fluid not recommended by MFORCE.
• Any damage which results from the operation, whether intentional or accidental, other than as specified in the OWNER'S MANUAL.
• Any damage due to improper storage or transport.
• Any damage which results from force injure, such as fire, collision and theft.
• Any damage which results from soot and smoke, use of chemicals, bird dropping, or being affected by seawater, sea breeze, or salt.
• Any damage due to aging, such as color shading or fading of the painted surface, deterioration of plated surface, deterioration of rubber and plastics or rusting.
• Any product that has participated in a racing event, rally, or competition or which has been used as a rental vehicle, postal service, or express delivery.
• Any product which has been re-modelled or modified.
• Normal phenomena such as noise, vibration, or oil seepage are considered to be reasonable and do not affect the quality or function of the products.
• Any product which did not perform periodical maintenance accordingly.

Spark plugs, contact points, condensers, fuel strainers, oil filters, drive chains, air cleaner elements, brake pads, brake shoes, clutch discs, bulbs, fuses, motor brushes, gaskets, packing, tyres, batteries, rubber hoses, grommets, rubber cushions. step rubber. belt oil, grease, radiator coolant. brake coolant. brake fluid, exterior body parts and others specified by MFORCE.
